The Leadership Training Institute (LTI) provides consulting, technical assistance, and training to other non-profits, school districts, and communities looking to engage or improve their level of engagement with African American youth. Our consulting and technical support services include organizational development, culture change, strategic planning, and program development. In addition, we provide training to program staff, management staff, teachers, and youth client/participants in other programs. The LTI has worked with community college faculty, faith-based programs, and community-based organizations across California, Detroit, Omaha, and Atlanta.
